Saminu is a strategic leader at the intersection of real estate, climate finance, and investment consulting, with a distinguished academic and professional background spanning organizational management, business strategy, and policy studies.

Previously, he held senior roles at Dangote Group, where he coordinated business performance across 11 countries, driving efficiency and growth for Dangote Cement Plc - Africa's largest cement producer. Saminu has also served as Chief Technical Advisor to Niger State Ministry of Housing and Urban Renewal, and Bilaad Realty, shaping policy frameworks for sustainable housing.

As Founder & Executive Director of GreenCore Realty, Saminu is driving an ambitious vision: to position Nigeria and Africa as global destinations for climate-smart real estate investment. GreenCore Realty was founded with a vision to mobilize over $500M in climate-smart real estate investments by 2030. Through GreenCore's Marketing & Investment Consulting Division, he works with developers, policymakers, DFIs, and investors to market sustainable projects, structure bankable projects, mobilize climate finance, and align housing developments with global sustainability priorities.

Saminu is an alumnus of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Lagos and Project Management Professional Institute (PMPI). His academic journey strengthens this mission: 🎓 MSc in Healthcare Organizations Management, Cyprus International University, Turkey – honed his expertise in navigating complex, regulated environments and multi-stakeholder partnerships. 🎓 MBA in Global Business, Nexford University, Washington DC, USA – equipped him with strategic, financial, and market insights to structure high-value investments and attract global capital. 🎓 PhD (in progress) in Policy & Strategic Studies – focusing on climate finance frameworks for sustainable real estate in Africa, building thought leadership and policy-driven consulting capacity for GreenCore.

Adamu is a seasoned operations leader with over 12 years cognate experience and a strong record in land acquisition, infrastructure development, and project management. He has directed multi-stakeholder projects across telecoms and utilities, successfully negotiating with landowners, regulators, and contractors to deliver large-scale infrastructure under strict compliance frameworks.

An alumnus of Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, India, where he acquired bachelor's degree in Computer Applications and Uganda Christian University, where he obtained MSc. Information Technology, Adamu has aquired cross sectoral experiences having worked with organizations such as Faralim Global Services (FGS), Abuja as Site Acquisition Lead and Tele Atlantis Services (TAS), Lagos as Upgrade Project Manager.

With over a decade of experience spanning government, nonprofit leadership, and community-based initiatives, she brings to GreenCore Realty a unique blend of policy insight, organizational leadership, and promotional expertise.

With a Master's and bachelor's degrees and in Public Administration from University of Abuja and having being a Certified Customer Care Professional (IAP), Fatima is widely recognized as a service-oriented leader with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and people mobilization skills. Her vision-driven leadership continues to advance GreenCore Realty’s mission of delivering sustainable, climate-smart developments that shape the future of African real estate.

As the Founder and Project Coordinator of Reliance Women Foundation, Fatima successfully mobilized and empowered over 200 women across Niger and Kaduna States through skills development and entrepreneurship programs. She has also led large-scale sensitization campaigns that reached more than 250 women and girls with vital advocacy on gender-based violence prevention.

Her leadership as Director of Welfare & Mobilization and State Coordinator at the Center for NGOs and Citizen Engagement (CSC) demonstrates her ability to design and execute impactful mobilization strategies, strengthen organizational visibility, and build durable relationships with stakeholders across the public and private sectors.

Hajara Jibrin Habib is the Marketing Lead of GreenCore Realty and a passionate advocate for sustainable communities. With over five years in the real estate sector, she combines expertise in property development, project execution, and eco-friendly design. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Guidance and Counseling at Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, and IBB University Lapai, equipping her with organizational, leadership, advocacy and people-management skills that she has translated effectively into the real estate sector.
